- Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged or if the wrong item is delivered.
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.
- Due to the personal and spiritual nature of our products, used or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Once your request is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
